Mr. Steve Chen

Principal/President/CEO

Mr. Chen, a self-taught businessman and entrepreneur, has over 15 years of construction, real estate development, and business experience in the New York City area. A native of Taiwan, Mr. Chen immigrated to the U.S. and settled in Queens, New York at the age of 16. In fewer than 10 years in the United States, Mr. Chen founded RAMS Mechanical Inc. Within another 10 years, RAMS has grown into a multi-million dollar company performing the majority of their work for New York City and State agencies such as MTA, Port Authority, DANSY, and SCA. In the last five years, Mr. Chen founded several other companies, including electrical, plumbing, sheet metal, architecture, and real estate development firms.
